Alive Programs includes 2 different programs to choose from based on your personal goals. When you join a program, you are guided through a comprehensive training program spanning several weeks. This takes the guesswork out of it and keeps you focused on your goals. Daily Workouts Alive includes many daily workouts which are divided into different categories (HiiT, Abs, Pull, etc.) so that you can decide what type of workout you want to do. Travel The path to a healthy and fit life is a journey, not an overnight process. The trip allows you to track your progress by weight, photos, and progress timeline. Alive also has the ability to sync your active minutes and weight data with Apple Health. Consistency is essential so that you continually reach your goals, the app will reward you with achievements along the way! Subscriptions / Alive Premium Alive is free to download and offers two Premium subscription options, monthly and annual. Both options include a 7-day trial. Alive Premium offers full access to the app, including all daily programs and workouts. Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to your account settings after purchase. After purchase, no refund will be given for any unused portion of the term. If you are concerned about privacy, then Alive by Whitney Simmons is not the best option. Period. Alive by Whitney Simmons tracks you. With many open tabs, let’s say one or two dozen, Alive by Whitney Simmons interface will start breaking down and behaving inconsistently. At some point, the interface might stop responding entirely.

The Alive by Whitney Simmons so many annoyances, so little time. Slow, bulky, difficult to use/navigate, and works VERY poorly sometimes with my iPod and iPhone.

I don’t think  that Alive by Whitney Simmons usefull,  it’s time to move on to something easier also the Alive by Whitney Simmons need to fix some bugs.
