With the FordPass App you can: • Access free remote features such as start / stop, lock / unlock, schedule a start, locate vehicle and vehicle health check for vehicles equipped with FordPass Connect ™ * • Get vehicle status alerts ** when your Ford needs attention • Track fuel level and oil life for vehicles with FordPass Connect * • Get FordPass Rewards ™ to earn and redeem points for many things you already do with us, including vehicle maintenance and new vehicle purchases *** • Get 24/7 roadside assistance + • Schedule service ++ • Make payments Secure with Ford Credit • Call or chat with helpful FordGuides • Watch how-to videos • Find gas stations, restaurants, parking lots ‡ and more Remote features available on select vehicles of the year model. * FordPass Connect (optional on some vehicles), FordPass App and free connected service are required for remote functionality (see FordPass terms for details). Connected service and features depend on availability of the compatible AT&T network. Evolving technology/ cellular networks / vehicle capacity may limit functionality and prevent connected features from working. Connected service excludes Wi-Fi hotspot. ** Vehicle Status Alerts require SYNC 3 version 2.0 or higher and data connection via mobile device or FordPass Connect. ™ Consult the SYNC interface, a Ford Dealer or Guide for more information. Aftermarket on-board diagnostic devices can interfere with various vehicle systems, including vehicle health report and 911 assistance .® To avoid interference, remove the device or contact the device manufacturer for more information on compatibility. *** Modem must be activated within 60 days of purchase via FordPass App on a smartphone and remain active for at least 6 months after activation. If you are concerned about privacy, then FordPass is not the best option. Period. FordPass tracks you. With many open tabs, let’s say one or two dozen, FordPass interface will start breaking down and behaving inconsistently. At some point, the interface might stop responding entirely.

The FordPass so many annoyances, so little time. Slow, bulky, difficult to use/navigate, and works VERY poorly sometimes with my iPod and iPhone.

I don’t think  that FordPass usefull,  it’s time to move on to something easier also the FordPass need to fix some bugs.
