Optimum customers can watch live TV on their iPhone / iTouch from any room in their home. Each of these devices can also be used to play rentals on demand or as a TV remote control. IPhone and iPod make it easier than ever to find, browse and record TV shows on DVRs.

App Features: Live and on-demand TV • Watch all your live channels • Quickly access “What’s new” • Use the in-app keyboard to tune directly to the desired channel • Browse movies on demand, free at on demand and on demand categories • Get a list of more titles like the one you have highlighted • Rate a title or series that helps make our recommendations even more accurate for you • Get program recommendations intended for you • Rate shows and movies for other stream recommendations • Filter on-demand menus to show free titles, only titles offered to you as part of your premium subscriptions, or “Latest chance ”which are only available for a limited time. • Watch free on-demand and subscription-on-demand programs • Watch other on-demand content from your active rentals • Add titles to your cart to watch them on any of your devices or set-top boxes Digital cable TV • Full parental control capability to control the display of content on the app Remote control • Use your device as a remote and control your digital set-top boxes. If you are concerned about privacy, then Optimum is not the best option. Period. Optimum tracks you. With many open tabs, let’s say one or two dozen, Optimum interface will start breaking down and behaving inconsistently. At some point, the interface might stop responding entirely.

The Optimum so many annoyances, so little time. Slow, bulky, difficult to use/navigate, and works VERY poorly sometimes with my iPod and iPhone.

I don’t think  that Optimum usefull,  it’s time to move on to something easier also the Optimum need to fix some bugs.
