The ResidentPortal app offers a convenient way to pay rent, submit maintenance orders with photos, and communicate with your apartment community from your mobile phone. Residents have the option to pay rent with one click, manage one-time or recurring rent payments, and receive push rent reminder notifications with the app (see below for a list of key features). Much of the ResidentPortal app is configurable by the property you live in. Property settings include, but are not limited to, payment methods, days of payment, total balance payment requirements, or availability of maintenance requests. Resident Portal App Features: • Make a Single Payment – Easily submit a single payment with the same trusted payment platform you’ve always used. • Add / Remove Recurring Payments – Easily schedule new automatic payments making sure your rent will never be late. • Pay by Voice – Allows you to quickly pay rent by searching “Pay My Rent” in Spotlight Search and logging in directly to the payment screen in the app. • One-Tap Pay – Pay your rent with one click directly from your smartphone. The app remembers your last payment method used and knows your exact balance due. • RentNotify – Sends push notifications to your device, reminding you to pay rent. • Contact Property – Contact your property directly from the app. The app automatically routes your call to the correct after-hours number when the office closes. • Submit Maintenance Requests – Submit a maintenance request directly from the app. • Take a picture of the problem – Use your smartphone’s camera to take a picture of the maintenance problem without leaving the app. • Inspections – Perform moving, maintenance and other inspections right from your mobile device. • Reserve amenities – Schedule amenities in your property. • Touch ID Login – After initial setup, securely log into the app by scanning your fingerprint. • Face ID Login – Authenticate with your face with iPhone X +. • 3D Touch Support – Quickly pay rent, submit a maintenance request, or view your balance by long pressing the app icon. Please Note: The ResidentPortal App is only available to residents of properties using Entrata’s ResidentPortal and ResidentPay products.

If you are concerned about privacy, then Resident Portal Mobile is not the best option. Period. Resident Portal Mobile tracks you. With many open tabs, let’s say one or two dozen, Resident Portal Mobile interface will start breaking down and behaving inconsistently. At some point, the interface might stop responding entirely.

The Resident Portal Mobile so many annoyances, so little time. Slow, bulky, difficult to use/navigate, and works VERY poorly sometimes with my iPod and iPhone.

I don’t think  that Resident Portal Mobile usefull,  it’s time to move on to something easier also the Resident Portal Mobile need to fix some bugs.
